Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

We offer free shipping within the Contiguous US (lower 48) on all orders with a minimum subtotal of $100.00 or more. (Resale accounts do not qualify for free shipping.)  Most packages are sent via the US Postal service. Larger ones are typically sent via UPS ground, but may also be sent by the USPS.

We make every attempt to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt.  Please note orders are not typically shipped on the weekend.  All orders submitted after our 2 pm cut-off time on Friday PST will not typically be picked up until Monday.  The order may be processed on the weekend, but not picked up until Monday. 

E-mail notification with tracking is automatically sent to the customer when the package is picked up by the carrier. 

International orders and orders with a different shipping address require extra verification. Therefore, these orders may NOT be released for shipping until they have been approved. International shipping charges DO NOT include customs charges and/or Duty. Duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be pre-determined by Arcade Darts Co. International customers with this concern should contact their customs office to determine if Duty will be charged and due upon delivery prior to completing their order.  

Orders that are shipped with incorrect addresses may be recalled, however, we cannot guarantee this service. UPS and Fed-Ex charge a fee for a recall and/or an address correction.  The customer is responsible for this fee.  Shipping charges on orders with invalid addresses that are returned cannot be refunded nor applied to re-send a package.  Customers will be responsible for secondary shipping charges when a package is re-sent. 

Delivery Times:

USPS First Class Mail: Approximately 2 to 5 business days for delivery - NOT GUARANTEED

USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 2 to 3 business days for delivery - NOT GUARANTEED

UPS ground shipments will vary according to the "zone" you live in and the time you placed your order. Consider calling to confirm the delivery day when selecting UPS ground. The pickup day is NOT considered a ship day.

Please note: During the holiday season, express delivery times and ground or 3-day delivery dates may not be guaranteed. To be safe, always call to confirm delivery when time is of the essence.

Return Policy:

New, unused (or unwanted) product may be returned within fifteen (15) days for credit provided that:

Prior approval is obtained from Arcade Darts Co. (Via email)

Product is still in its original box and packing

Product has not been used (is in new condition)

Unwanted items must be returned at the buyers expense

Items (non-defective) returned for credit that qualified for free shipping and/or a shipping discount will have our shipping costs and/or the shipping discount cost deducted from the item prior to refund

All returned product will be refunded to the purchaser’s account

We do not process exchange-only refunds. Please resubmit an order for an "exchanged item"

Please Note: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returned, non-defective merchandise
